We reserve the right to refuse service for items we cannot legally or safely remove, or when site conditions pose a safety risk to our crew.
Estimates & Pricing
Quotes and estimates provided by phone, email, or our website are based on the information you supply. Final pricing may vary if actual conditions differ from the description provided (volume, weight, access, hazardous materials, or additional labor required).
You will be informed of any material price changes before work begins. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We strive to arrive within the agreed window and will communicate delays when possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as early as possible. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee where permitted by law and disclosed at booking.
Customer Responsibilities

- Ensure clear access to items and disclose stairs, narrow passages, or other obstacles
- Identify any hazardous, prohibited, or special-handling materials before service
- Be present or arrange authorized access unless otherwise agreed

Prohibited Items
We may not accept certain materials including, but not limited to: hazardous waste, asbestos, medical waste, explosives, flammable liquids, and items restricted by local disposal regulations. Contact us if you are unsure whether an item can be removed.
Limitation of Liability
